Group Mentor for youth development & advocacy

Triad RJ is looking for individuals to serve as volunteer partners in our youth programs. Using the restorative justice framework that recognizes the foundational importance of relationships and community in our lives, our youth programs seek to help teenagers establish stronger connections with others, develop leadership and conflict resolution skills and learn how to advocate for themselves and their community. Our programs focus on youth who live in marginalized, under-resourced neighborhoods.

We are looking for volunteers who share our vision for a more peaceful community through relationships, and want to invest their time in our youth. Especially looking for individuals who can connect well with the youth in our programs, and those who may have overcome a difficult past. Programs will meet weekly during the school year, starting fall of 2019, at various locations in Winston-Salem TDB.

Passion required. Training & support provided. -- Be part of our work. Call or email us today!
